Position Summary

Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is looking to hire Senior Data Engineers in Woonsocket, RI.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms
• Develop software solutions meeting business requirements and manage project execution
• Prepare technical design documentation and evaluate solution feasibility
• Plan stages of application development focusing on functionality, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Write, review, and test high-quality code
• Collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve issues
• Monitor progress milestones and deliverables
• Support applications, systems, and databases for prescriptions, claims, and healthcare activities
• Work with cross-functional teams on application development, technical requirements, code reviews, project deliverables, and quality assurance
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields with two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Required Technical Skills

• CI/CD, Jenkins, and GIT
• Advanced analytics for PBM or healthcare industries
• MySQL
• SQL programming languages
• Big data platforms: Hadoop, Azure, GCP, AWS
• Traditional relational data warehouse technologies: Oracle, Teradata, DB2
• Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
• ETL technologies including Informatica and Datastage
• BTEQ

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $111,800 to $196,000 per year. This range represents the base salary for full-time positions in this job grade. Actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
