Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Senior Data Engineer to engage with Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives, focusing on enhancing our data architecture from traditional data warehousing to innovative Data Lakehouse and Data Marketplace environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing crucial components for data warehousing.
• Transforming existing data solutions to advanced Data Lakehouse and Marketplace platforms.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to pinpoint business requirements.
• Designing and implementing utilities to support BI developers.
• Executing data modeling, script writing for automation and testing, and maintaining thorough documentation of processes.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

• Strong proficiency in database programming and modeling, especially with SQL.
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse technologies and ETL tools like Informatica Power Center.
• Expertise in optimizing the performance of ETL processes and stored procedures.
• Software development skills, including programming in Python.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with Linux shell and Data Vault 2.0 is desirable.
• Technical and business analysis acumen.
