What We Need

Data serves as the cornerstone of our operations. As a data-driven enterprise, we rely heavily on data insights and products to make strategic decisions and enhance player engagement through personalized campaigns, promotions, and data-driven product innovations.

What You Will Do

  • Work as a Senior Data Engineer focusing on delivering crucial data services for Business and Studio needs.
  • Design and construct data models to aid Data Science, Business Intelligence, and additional downstream data initiatives.
  • Develop APIs and data infrastructures to enhance data integration across systems and workflows.
  • Monitor data pipelines and address potential issues by coordinating with leadership and collaborative teams.
  • Align closely with business partners and developers to document and confirm requirements for various projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-team collaborations to ensure integrated efforts across the board.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Mathematics preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern frameworks such as Flask; knowledge of Kafka, Kinesis, Databricks, and AWS is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of various data modeling methodologies with the ability to apply them appropriately within our technology stack.
  • Experienced in developing and deploying software solutions in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Skilled in designing automated testing frameworks for data-centric projects.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills tailored to fit various audiences and stakeholders.

Bonus Points

Experience in the video game, entertainment, or media industries.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position begins at $76,500 and goes up to $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and location. This role is eligible for additional compensation and benefits including bonuses and equity awards. Full benefits details will be provided upon an employment offer.
