Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain transformational solutions based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Partner with business and IT groups to scale and operationalize solutions, advancing business goals.
- Serve as a knowledge expert in foundation models, communicating insights and recommendations to all stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends to drive innovation within the organization.
- Apply strong hands-on technical development in data engineering, including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in data & analytics.
- Expertise in data provisioning, mining, visualization, and programming with technologies such as AWS, Cloudera Data Platform, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Python, and Domino.
- Experience leading initiatives related to new technology implementation.
- Proven ability to present data insights, impacts, and solutions.
- Strong focus on improving processes and leading through change.
- Updated on emerging technology trends and their implications for the business.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Cloudera Data Platform, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Domino.
- Cloud ESB implementation experience, preferably MuleSoft.
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Certifications in Informatica, MuleSoft, or AWS Developer (a plus).
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or related industry.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault Promomats and commercial data within the Pharma industry.
- Commitment to a career in technology, with a passion for healthcare.
- Experience with Agile tools and methodologies like Jira.
