Senior Data Engineer

To succeed in this role, the following professional experience will be crucial: Possession of a Master's degree in related fields such as software engineering, data engineering, data science, computer science, physics, statistics, mathematics. Data engineering professional experience including: Previous hands-on experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines on AWS and Databricks: Lake house architecture based on Databricks and Delta Lake. The ability to write compelling code, technical documentation, and visualize your technical design. Coding proficiency in multiple languages including Python, Scala, and DBT. Proficiency in industry-standard DevOps practices. Practical experience in working with enterprise data landscapes and data structures. Experience in working with enterprise data sources such as SAP ERP, Salesforce, and Product Data Management (PDM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) system data. Way of working professional experience entails: An inclination to utilize agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, draw.io). An inherent awareness of cybersecurity along with an understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations. The ability to work in a global multicultural team and to collaborate effectively within the team. The ability to self-organize and be proactive, seek feedback, demonstrate courage and resilience, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the English language (both spoken and written), and strong facilitation and communication skills.
