Key Responsibilities

Leads.io is on the lookout for a Senior Data Engineer to enhance our vibrant work environment. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining a greenfield suite of powerful tools to manage large datasets and integrate with multiple data sources.
• Designing and maintaining overall data warehouse architecture, ingesting large volumes of data from various sources for daily BI analysis and visualization.
• Developing innovative methods to make data more accessible to teams through efficient extraction and clear structures.
• Identifying ways to improve our data models, including finding gaps in reporting and enhancing data assets.
• Providing technical guidance to IT and BI teams.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and support key data requirements for various departments.
• Managing data access needs and requests to empower teams across the organization.

Your Qualifications

To be a qualified candidate, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture for large organizations, specializing in cloud architecture design, data modeling, ETL/ELT integration, and performance monitoring.
• High proficiency in Dataform, dbt, and SQL for building ready-to-access reports and creating efficient data structures.
• Strong skills in Python for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining BigQuery and Fivetran.
• Familiarity with data modeling for visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience working with cloud providers, particularly Google Cloud.
