Job Description

Power Platform Development

Architect, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Engage with tools such as Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Microsoft Power BI Reports to meet specific business needs and streamline operational processes.

Database Integration

Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to seamlessly integrate and optimize SQL databases within Power Platform solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Requirements Gathering

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate process requirements into technical solutions.

Data Transformation

Utilize SQL to transform and manipulate data, providing valuable insights and reporting capabilities via Power BI.

Quality Assurance

Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to guarantee that applications meet quality and performance standards.

Documentation

Maintain detailed documentation of Power Platform applications, data models, and integration processes.

User Training and Support

Provide training and support to non-technical end-users and assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Security and Compliance

Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations and company policies in all data and application development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient with SharePoint Online.
• Experienced with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and Power Apps.
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages.
• Knowledgeable in industry-standard best practices such as Coding Standards, Coding modularity/Re-use, Application Design/Prototypes, and Coding analyzer/profiling Toolsets.
• Exhibit a proactive, positive attitude with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Well-versed in data security and compliance best practices.
