Proposed Career Path

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be pivotal in developing and managing advanced data infrastructure on platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and OneDataLake. Expect to lead in the migration and optimization of data processes, engage in cutting-edge projects such as generative language model training or 5G network prediction, and potentially advance to Lead Data Engineer as you increase your expertise.

Main Responsibilities

Your role will involve enhancing the DWH landscape within the One Data Ecosystem (ODE), transitioning existing architectures to GCP, and optimizing data flow and efficiency across systems. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to tailor data-driven solutions that support wide-ranging needs within the company.

Qualifications

Succeed with us if you have a minimum of 5 years in Data Engineering, profound expertise in cloud technologies (preferably GCP), and are proficient in SQL/no SQL, Data Warehouse, Big Data technologies, and tools like Python and Pyspark. Fluency in English and German at a B2 level is essential.

Compensation

Salary terms are negotiable, with a base starting from €3100 gross, based on experience, not forgetting the variable components and other financial incentives. Final salary is reflective of your seniority and previous roles.
