Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Technical), your role will be crucial in helping our partners and clients optimize their engagement with our leading-edge Data Quality and Data Governance products. This position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding renewal revenues, expanding our presence within strategic clients, and articulating the value of our solutions in alignment with partner needs.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the DQ Advisor function, interfacing with sales and customer success to tailor growth strategies for each account.
  • Collaborating with the partner sales team to promote and integrate EDQ solutions effectively.
  • Tracking performance against both team and individual KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with data processing governance and due diligence.
  • Enhancing the client experience by offering support on technical queries, sharing updates on new features, and fostering increased software engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Profound expertise in data management, emphasizing data quality and governance.
  • Keen understanding of client-side technologies and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and drive engagement.
  • Experience in software presales or consulting, preferably within data management.
  • Capability to manage complex relationships with enterprise-scale customers.
  • Successful track record in managing innovation-to-fruition cycles.
  • DAMA certification is considered a plus.
