Job Description:
As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in medical image analysis at our company, you'll play a critical role in shaping and refining our AI-based, data-driven products. We are seeking an individual deeply familiar with medical imaging fundamentals, the latest trends in deep learning image analysis, and an expert in statistical analysis. Experience with foundational models will be a considerable advantage.
The Senior Data Science Consultant's responsibilities and duties include maintaining client and partner relationships, contributing to internal meetings and process improvement projects, developing and deploying ML models in a production environment, creating and executing research plans, analyzing medical image and clinical trial data, and staying updated on industry technology innovations and new business practices.
Skills Required:
Experience with developing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge medical image analysis algorithms and deep-learning models, managing multiple analytic initiatives simultaneously, manipulating and extracting data (Strong Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch skills), designing data science workflows, familiarity with AWS tools and technologies, experience working within a technical team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with publishing scientific articles, delivering projects as a scientist. AWS certifications are a plus.
Education Required:
Masters in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other related disciplines.
Preferred Education:
PhD in a related quantitative field.
Experience Required:
An experienced professional will have at least 2 years of professional experience in a data-related role with a PhD or 4 years of experience in a data-related role with a Masters Degree.
