Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager, Business Outlook & Insights, you will harness your analytics and statistical modeling expertise to drive our growth strategy. You’ll lead a results-oriented team focusing on forecasting, strategic analysis, and driving data-informed decisions that will steer company-wide priorities and product planning. This pivotal role involves direct partnerships with the Head of International and pivotal cross-functional teams to propel global expansion and optimize our marketing efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Steer a team of data professionals in enhancing company growth through innovative analytics and strategic implementation.
• Collaborate with international divisions and financial teams to pioneer data-driven strategies for global market penetrations and user acquisition.
• Work alongside marketing teams to refine user retention and monetization strategies through robust data insights.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven expertise in SQL, relational databases, R, Python, and familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark or Hadoop.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics, coupled with over 10 years of experience in marketing analytics or user growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing data science teams and a passion for mentorship.
