Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the data manipulation efforts required for model pre- and post-processing.
• Create detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations to convey complex processes and results to diverse audiences.
• Work collaboratively with inter-disciplinary teams to utilize MLOps frameworks, enhancing model sustainability.
• Independently engage with customers, implementing tailored data science best practices.
• Drive thought leadership by contributing to open source projects and delivering insightful talks.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or proven exceptional abilities.
• 3-5+ years of experience in model building and algorithm development.
• Strong grasp of machine learning, statistics, and advanced mathematics.
• Expertise in data analysis languages such as R, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experienced with Python scripting and data science tools like NumPy, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
• Preference for candidates with experience on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at connecting technical results with business impacts.
• Ability to manage pressure and meet strict deadlines.
