Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at Blend360, you will:

• Collaborate with practice leaders and clients to define business challenges, understand industry contexts, and identify data constraints and risks.
• Design Data Science solutions by critically analyzing different approaches and evaluating their pros and cons.
• Create detailed project plans specifying goals, scheduling, risk management, and contingency strategies.
• Ensure data quality by QA testing and translating complex datasets for model inputs and human-readable outputs.
• Utilize SQL, Spark, and other Big Data technologies to manage large, diverse data sets that align with business goals.
• Develop tools to derive insights that influence customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.
• Execute thorough data cleaning, integration, and analysis to drive decision-making processes.
• Apply cutting-edge predictive modeling and machine learning techniques, documenting outcomes for client presentations.
• Guide clients in implementing these models within their architectures.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in advanced Data Science roles. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for our entry-level positions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient with SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models from development stages to production environments.
• Effective communication skills, with the capability to manage tight deadlines and work within collaborative spaces.
