Your Role:

• Design and implement algorithms that optimize content and personalize user experiences.
• Create machine learning models for large-scale production systems.
• Transform data into solutions that significantly increase revenue.
• Collaborate with product managers and team members to tackle specific tech challenges.
• Identify and address gaps in our data science and ML Ops infrastructure.
• Communicate complex concepts to a diverse stakeholder group.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional data science experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics or a related field.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and various ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience across the full machine learning lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and utilize shared codebases with Git.
• Avid reader of technical research with the ability to prototype new ideas.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing data in the TBs+, using Google BigQuery and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with dbt, Dataform, and best practices in ML ops and software development lifecycle.
