Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist with a specialization in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), you will:

• Collaborate with practice leaders and clients to analyze industry-specific business challenges, enabling the development of impactful Data Science solutions.
• Design comprehensive project plans, inclusive of milestones, timelines, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) input and output, converting complex data into operational insights across various platforms like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Engage with key stakeholders, responding to queries using advanced data analysis, aided by our team of MMM experts.
• Handle diverse datasets, employing SQL, Spark, and cloud technologies, to build robust analytical tools that track and improve business performance metrics like customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
• Execute thorough data cleaning, quality checks, integration, and analysis to derive insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop, train, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms, documenting the methodologies and outcome for client presentations.
• Support the integration of these models within client architectures, enhancing their operational capabilities.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• An MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of advanced experience in Data Science, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and various forms of statistical analysis.
• Exceptional skills in SQL, Python, and Excel, along with a good understanding of MMM data formats and mechanics.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models from Jupyter Notebooks to production environments.
• Capability to work efficiently under strict deadlines and readily handle data transformations using PySpark or Scala.
• Strong problem-solving and data visualization skills, comfortable using major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Optimizely is advantageous but not required.
