The Role: Senior Data Scientist - Senior Analyst

As a Senior Data Scientist at Blend360, you will:

• Collaborate with practice leaders and clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business problems, industry specifics, data sources, and relevant constraints.
• Devise Data Science solutions by translating business problems into analytical challenges, proposing various approaches and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses.
• Plan and oversee projects, setting crucial milestones, and preparing risk and contingency plans.
• Design and manage efficient data pipelines within client architecture using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based big data technologies.
• Construct and maintain large, complex data sets from diverse sources to meet business requirements, focusing on customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
• Conduct detailed data cleaning, quality control, integration, and statistical data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms, employing advanced Data Science techniques and tools.
• Support the deployment of these models within client infrastructures to enhance operational capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and other analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in Data Science software languages such as Python, R, and SAS.
• Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with various databases, including Hadoop/Hive, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and complex data scenarios effectively.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models and working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Optimizely is a plus.
