About the Position

Position: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Wellesley, MA

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our team. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement analytics applications and models to transform data into meaningful information, influencing how healthcare services are delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data solutions using leading tools and technologies.
• Create efficient data ingestion processes by sourcing data from PBM, Specialty, Retail, and healthcare businesses.
• Develop advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios and predict outcomes.
• Utilize data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques.
• Extract and manipulate data to deliver predictive models for in-house teams and customer engagement.
• Use programming languages and visualization software to explore and analyze large data sets.
• Generate reports and visualize data using statistical software.
• Support insights deployment across multiple channels with methods that include analysis, machine learning, and statistical evaluations.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• One (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience with programming in Python and JSON.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or Spark NLP.
• Background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technology.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD systems.
• Capability in analyzing data sets from multiple data sources for healthcare products or systems.
• Experience with data-driven experimentation using reinforcement learning.

Compensation

Pay Range: $103,500.00/year to $200,000.00/year

This range represents the base annual salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, education, and geography.
