Job Role: Senior Data Specialist (m/w/d) at Allianz.de
We are looking for a Senior Data Specialist (m/w/d) within the Multichannel Sales and Customer Management department to elevate data-driven work and optimization in the era of AI, hyper-personalization, RoPo, and QoPo purchasing behaviors to the next level. This role involves participating in the One Marketing Tribe in the Webtracking Product team.
What You Will Do:
- Drive data-based assessment and optimization of UX & UI measures, and content marketing initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain data models based on existing web tracking and customer data.
- Utilize complex statistical methods, providing concrete recommendations to enhance conversion rates within the Digital Sales Funnel.
- Coordinate developer teams regarding the implementation of existing web tracking methodologies.
- Perform forecasting, planning of data needs, and optimization of the tool landscape (Adobe, Contentsquare, ETL-Tools, Tableau, etc.)
- Further develop reporting and dashboarding systems, such as BI dashboard migration and implementing Tableau for relevant online KPIs.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with several years of professional experience in Data Analysis and Data Engineering, especially in data modeling and the application of statistical methods.
- Proven expertise in analyzing non-discrete data (web tracking, motion data, customer profiles, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages including Python, R, and PHP.
- Deep understanding of BI systems from both technical and user perspectives.
- Experience in designing and advancing specific workflows in Tableau reporting/dashboarding and conceptualizing data cubes.
- Strong knowledge and proven success in eCommerce (Customer Journeys, A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and data-specific details effectively.
