Senior Data Team Lead at IQVIA

Job Overview: At IQVIA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. This role requires excellence in quality deliverables, delivered on time and within budget, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Take the helm as a Data Team Lead (DTL), Program Lead, or Customer Site Manager, overseeing project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; and communication. You will provide a clear vision and leadership to ensure milestone deliverables are met and exceed client expectations.

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing large studies or a program of studies, possibly on a global scale. Strengthen customer relationships through meticulous management and meeting contractual obligations.

Service Management: Collaborate closely with the Data Operations team and various stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliverables. You will address and escalate unresolved data issues, ensuring optimal resolutions. Additionally, maintain responsibility for creating and signing off on all Data Management Plan (DMP) documents.

Quality and Compliance: Implement proactive quality management plans and identify root causes of issues to provide actionable remedial actions. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), relevant regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.

Financial and Business Development: Oversee the management of Statements of Work (SOW) and budgets, partake in pricing discussions, and support the RFP process, demonstrating prowess in client negotiations and financial acumen.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Clinical, Biological or Mathematical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years direct Data Management experience with 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Expertise in managing multiple global trials, with experience in study setup on the Rave Platform.
• Proven ability in writing URS for data review reports and conducting UAT for Screens and Edit Checks.
• Robust knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, Physiology, and data management processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
