Job Role:

As a Senior Data Visualization and Analytics Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Marsh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership with leadership to identify and address data-driven opportunities. - Design and review high-impact visualizations and UIs using Power BI/Qlik or similar platforms. - Navigate complex datasets and develop responsive visualizations. - Develop prototypes and innovative solutions to enhance business operations. - Lead projects and mentor team members in data visualization techniques.

Who You Are:

- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years experience in Data Management using Power BI/Qlik Sense. - Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. - Desirable knowledge of Azure. - Demonstrable analytical prowess and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for innovation and process improvement.
