What We Require:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or a related field.
• Over six years of experience in customer relationship management or similar customer-facing roles.
• At least three years dedicated to both qualitative and quantitative research analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in mixed methods research with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare contexts and data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of mentoring and leading teams.

Remuneration:

Our competitive salary ranges are set by location, acknowledging regional variations. Positions based in Northern and Southern California, as well as Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Texas feature specific salary brackets that reflect the cost of living and market conditions of each area.
