What is the Role?

As a Senior Developer in our dynamic team, you'll drive development with a data-driven approach, interfacing with multiple stakeholders from Developers to Tech Leads. Your core responsibilities will involve creating innovative technical solutions, refining current systems, and leading the future direction of our Engineering Data platform through hands-on development and strategic planning.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek an experienced software developer with a proactive mindset and proficiency in cloud platforms. Your ability to integrate technical and business insights will be crucial in delivering high-quality data products. Leadership skills are essential, as you will guide development direction without direct managerial responsibilities. Fluency in English and robust interpersonal skills will help you collaborate effectively and solve problems swiftly.

Required expertise includes:

• Experience in programming for data and ETL processes
• Strong background in data modeling, SQL, and databases
• Capability in optimizing technical solutions for performance
• Experience in data-driven organizations and leadership
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools, cloud-based development (Azure, AWS), and analytical tools like Power BI is advantageous
