What You Will Do

As a pivotal member of the central SAP AI Unit, you will collaborate with customers to implement SAP Business AI solutions, leveraging the latest machine learning technologies to enhance business outcomes. Your role involves close cooperation with product management, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-value propositions in customers' daily operations. You will represent SAP Business AI at internal and external events, showcasing the value of our solutions.

In your capacity as a (Senior) Development Manager, you will guide and support customers and internal teams in achieving cutting-edge machine learning solutions. Your role demands dynamic, interdisciplinary, and intercultural communication within an agile and efficient framework. Beyond your technical and managerial expertise, you will understand the sales cycle and actively drive your team's success.

As a thought leader in Machine Learning, you will stay abreast of industry developments and share your knowledge, leading your team to success in machine learning projects.

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning trends and technologies
• Proven track record of successful customer projects and interactions
• Sales-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
• Experience in implementing Machine Learning solutions and platforms
• Knowledge of Machine Learning technologies like Generative AI, TensorFlow, or scikit
• Programming skills in languages such as ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Jupyter Notebook
• Database and cloud computing knowledge
• Ideally, familiarity with SAP technology and SAP system integration
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Compensation Transparency

SAP values pay transparency as a step towards an honest and supportive culture, demonstrating our commitment to pay equity. The annualized compensation range for this position is $263,800 - $609,200 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive targets. The actual offer will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, role scope, and location, determined through the selection process.
