Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Develop a unified vision for enterprise data solutions aligned with our corporate goals, conducive to transformative outcomes.
• Lead architectural and engineering best practices, staying ahead of industry trends to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions.
• Establish robust data system designs that are scalable, agile, and innovative, supporting next-generation data and analytics capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning the data strategy with business needs to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Champion data governance, emphasizing integrity, ethical use, and compliance across all platforms and initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 15 years in data engineering and architecture, with substantial experience leading data strategy and product initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in modern data technologies, architecture patterns, and cloud-based solutions (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and its implementation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring teams and partnering effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly advantageous.

Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $224,100 to $257,600, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including a 50% annual incentive and a 20% long-term incentive.
