Position: Senior Director, Systems & Data Analytics

Role Overview

As the Senior Director, Systems & Data Analytics, you will set the strategic direction and vision for our systems and data analytics initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and manage data infrastructure (data warehouses, ETL processes, and integration frameworks) focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to achieve high performance and innovation in data analytics.
  • Implement data governance and management best practices, driving continuous improvement in data quality and analytics capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, managing budgets and resources to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or equivalent practical job experience in a related role.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in supervisory and strategic leadership positions.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
  • Skills in data analytics and visualization tools (Snowflake, PowerBI).
