Our Airports team is expanding, and we are searching for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join us. This role is preferable in Calgary, AB, or Toronto, ON, but we are open to qualified candidates from other provinces where we have offices.

Your Role Within the Team:

  • Create airfield lighting and electrical designs, and draft reports.
  • Develop bills of materials and cost estimates.
  • Attend construction and coordination meetings.
  • Obtain equipment information from suppliers.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to EITs and other professionals within the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered as a P.Eng in at least one province with the ability to become registered in another as required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of design experience as well as inspection of electrical and airfield lighting systems.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office. Knowledge of Agi32 is an asset.
  • Familiarity with codes, including TP312 and CEC/CSA.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
