Job Description

Simulate and optimize the factory manufacturing process, including new planning or redesign projects such as material flow logistics, manufacturing procedures, and logistics transportation.

Assist plant operations and project teams in effectively utilizing simulation planning models to generate digital solutions that support lean implementation.

Specific tasks:

1) Carry out logistics simulation related work based on project consultation needs;

2) Organize and analyze data, and develop the simulation plan;

3) Construct the factory simulation data model, perform verification analysis, produce the simulation report, and suggest optimizations;

4) Build the factory simulation scenario model, and produce the simulation operation scenario video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with professional background in logistics engineering, industrial plants, mechanical engineering, or computer engineering;
• Proficient in using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant simulation software;
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, focusing on digital applications in factory planning;
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning methods, basics of lean manufacturing (e.g., pull systems, leveling and smoothing, value stream analysis);
• Preference for those with relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and understanding of the respective manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics processes;
• Strong data processing and analysis capabilities, proficient use of Office applications and CAD drawing software;
• Good communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
