We are currently seeking a Senior ETL and BI Developer to join our MacGregor team. This role is essential for leading our HR operations team, delivering services from recruitment to retirement, including payroll, HRIS data administration, performance management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the MacGregor data and analytics strategy.
• Create analytics solutions such as dashboards, connected sheets (Google Sheets), and custom queries.
• Maintain high-quality data pipelines and datasets with best practices in ETL and data warehousing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements into functional data structures and analytic tools.
• Promote self-service reporting, data governance, and metadata management across the BI platform.
• Foster a data-driven culture through training, use case support, and sharing best practices.
• Continuously assess and improve existing solutions to align with industry standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, compliance, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• University degree in mathematics, information technology, business/industrial management, or similar fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, ETL, data warehousing, and BI reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy, and a passion for technology-driven business improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Understanding of cloud-based data modeling, architectures, and pipelines (Google Cloud/BigQuery is a plus).
• Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience working with stakeholders across various domains and seniority levels.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluency in English.
