We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Decision Support team. You will cooperate as a partner and consultant with leaders throughout the organization, offering diverse reporting & analysis to help them enhance performance, advance their departments, and propel the business.

Job Description

  • Assist with and/or lead the design, development, and implementation of company dashboards.
  • Develop measurement tools, models, and forecasts to support business operations.
  • Create reports that emphasize relevant trends and foster fact-based, data-driven decisions.
  • Establish & monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Develop financial & forecasting models to guide business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to establish trust and understanding of the business units being served.
  • Support finance leadership in developing and managing various aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with IT department to develop, enhance, and maintain the data warehouse.
  • Analyze comparative statistical data to evaluate current performance and predict future performance.
  • Provide pro forma, profitability, and other analyses necessary for decision making.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience utilizing a data visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, Clik)
  • SQL experience is mandatory
  • Advanced skills in Excel are required
  • Sociable personality
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong business acumen and inquisitive nature

Additional Information

Compensation:  $85,000 - 100,000 plus 15% bonus (paid out 100%)
