Our Product

Our cutting-edge product empowers customers to leverage Machine Learning to automate and streamline their unique business processes. For instance, an insurance company receiving numerous handwritten claims daily can process them promptly using our automated solution.

Hyperscience Platform: Flows

At the heart of our product is the Hyperscience platform, which allows both non-technical users and technical partners to define complex automation workflows, known as “flows,” tailored to customers' unique needs. The platform executes and orchestrates these flows in a distributed, scalable manner. Challenges we tackle include distributed computing, workflow engines, system integrations, software SDKs, web applications, and UI design featuring generative AI-based logic.

Our Collaborative Teams

Our engineers work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to build outstanding product features. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations, with a focus on UI. We embrace bottom-up autonomy with top-down alignment, encouraging engineers to contribute their ideas and collaborate effectively.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End or Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to join our Platform Engine team and elevate our Flows-related UX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers across disciplines.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to solve complex problems creatively.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable and resilient UI features.
• Ensure product and code quality through automated tests and thorough reviews.
• Own the end-to-end process of feature implementation, ensuring customer value.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
• Engage in learning and personal growth opportunities.

First 30 Days

You will become familiar with our codebase, technology stack, development processes, and organizational structure. You will contribute significantly to the product, impacting users positively.

First Quarter and Beyond

As an integral team member, you will navigate ambiguity, handle significant functionality, and assume ownership and responsibility. You will actively participate in solution discussions, API and UI design, and more.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong computer science fundamentals, logical thinking, and common sense.
• Excellent command of English and communication skills.
• Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Webpack.
• Proficiency in Typescript and CSS (e.g., PostCSS).
• Willingness to work across the full stack is a plus.
• Experience with Python, Django, and relational databases is advantageous but not required.
