About the Role

As a Senior Gen AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage advanced generative AI models that serve various business needs. This role encompasses everything from content generation and creative automation to predictive analytics and data augmentation. You’ll be at the heart of our innovation efforts, leading R&D initiatives, and pushing technological boundaries.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable, production-ready GenAI models.
• Lead our research and development efforts in cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Develop robust infrastructure needed to support AI models, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Continuously enhance model performance by employing innovative solutions and optimizations.
• Advocate for and implement stringent ethical AI practices across all projects.

• Provide technical mentorship to peers and guide the team towards successful project executions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, including practical exposure to GenAI models such as GANs, VAEs, and Autoregressive models.
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch, with substantial experience in deploying ML models in production settings.
• Strong collaborative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A deep commitment to learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML models and systems.
