Job Description

Join us as the Insider Risk Team Lead and lead digital forensic investigations, interface with legal teams, and mentor team members. This hands-on role will utilize your investigative, computer forensics, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading investigations of threat signals and developing indicators.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Communicating frequently with business leaders, legal teams, and other departments.

Essential analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), network communication protocols, and data formats are crucial for this job.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Insider Risk Management.
• Ability to independently complete responsibilities, drive forensic investigations, and mentor an international team.
• Working knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and user behavior that endanger intellectual property.
• Understanding of system behavior with removable media and file shares across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Ability to interpret firewall and DNS logs to identify data leaks.
• Proficiency in communicating with managers and legal teams about DLP events.
• Able to read and interpret basic Python and PowerShell scripts.
• Previous law enforcement investigation experience is a plus.
• Understanding of machine learning principles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation package considers several factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, geographic location, and business needs. The salary range applicable for this role, performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remotely from these states, is based on current market conditions and may be adjusted.
