About ASOS Media Group (AMG)

AMG represents a dynamic brand partnerships team within ASOS's Retail Media Network. Over recent years, we've significantly expanded by working collaboratively with partner brands and ASOS’s various internal teams to craft strategic and effective marketing campaigns. These campaigns span across ASOS’s multiple customer touchpoints, both on and off our owned properties.

The Role: Senior Insight Analyst - ASOS Media Group

As a Senior Insight Analyst at AMG, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brands' success on ASOS. You will be involved in optimizing advertising campaigns including display ads, sponsored ads, and innovative creative solutions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented analyst eager to harness data from diverse sources to drive strategic decisions within our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing various platforms such as Google, SQL Server, Adobe, Data Studio, Power BI, and Databricks to generate actionable insights.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Collaborating with Ad Operations and Account Management teams to enhance ad campaign performance through targeted audience creation.
  • Working with Product and Technology teams to boost the efficacy of ad placements.
  • Developing methodologies to advance the measurement of ad campaigns, aiding ASOS and our partners in elevating performance.
  • Promoting a culture of testing and learning, defining test structures, and extracting insights to inform strategic decisions.

About You

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in an Insights role, showcased by advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools and languages like SQL, Adobe, Google, Data Studio, Python, and R. Experience in e-commerce or marketing analytics, particularly within retail media or Google ad products, is highly preferred. You should have a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. A passion for collaboration and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion are also crucial.
