Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead an AI-based cybersecurity system's development. Your role will be critical in creating intelligent solutions automating the complex tasks of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats throughout the cyber kill chain. Utilizing advanced machine learning algorithms and data analytics, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of AI and cybersecurity specialists to build robust models capable of dissecting complicated threat patterns thereby greatly enhancing threat detection and response capabilities. Your innovative contributions will be vital in developing a sophisticated AI system that aids cybersecurity teams in automatically mapping threat actors' progression through a network. Through your collective efforts with the cross-functional team, you will help transform advanced machine learning research into actionable security insights, ensuring a strong defense against a wide range of cyber threats.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python, building AI models using tools like TensorFlow or
• Demonstrable history of constructing production-ready MLOP workflows using tools like TensorFlow Extended, Kubeflow, MLFlow, etc.
• Wide-ranging knowledge of creating LSTMs, Transformers, and Autoencoders
• Strong background in deploying tools like Apache Kafka to build streaming data pipelines for ML applications
• Experience in using end-to-end ML cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning

Education / Experience / Certifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with preference given to Masters/PhD holders.
• Previously assumed the position of a senior principal or technical lead on an AI / ML team

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity and experience in constructing AI models for cybersecurity applications
• Designing and engineering SIEM/SOAR detection algorithms
• Familiar with DOD cybersecurity regulations and systems
