Your Role and Impact

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and deploying novel applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced ML algorithms.
  • Executing rigorous experiments and A/B testing to evaluate performance enhancements.
  • Optimizing algorithms to boost accuracy, speed, and scalability.
  • Analyzing vast datasets to find insights and refine functionalities.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in ML and generative AI technologies, and integrating these insights into our platforms.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Scala.
  • A Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas.
  • At least four years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Valuable Additional Qualifications:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline, with an emphasis on machine learning.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing, query understanding, and large language models.
  • Exposure to deep learning approaches and frameworks.
  • Contributions to the machine learning academic community or significant publications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $192,500 to $240,500, varying based on prior experience and qualifications. This position also qualifies for Box's comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, equity, and additional perks.
