We're in search of a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Global Anti-Fraud team. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work closely with stakeholders, from defining the problem and designing solutions, to developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models. Your task will be to build robust, scalable systems capable of processing large datasets, executing advanced analytics, and providing valuable insights to internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:
* Developing, training, testing, and deploying machine learning models for various applications, including text classification and anomaly detection.
* Collaborating with stakeholders from different teams to identify new opportunities for applying machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
* Implementing and optimizing machine learning algorithms using Python, Tensorflow, , or other relevant technologies.
* Designing and developing data pipelines for preprocessing, transforming, and cleaning large datasets for machine learning models.
* Developing and deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment (e.g. AWS).
* Monitoring and maintaining the performance of machine learning models, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
* Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and software engineering.
* Guiding individuals with less technical expertise.
* Ensuring excellent communication for maintaining interpersonal relationships with various teams and hierarchical levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Computational Mathematics or related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience developing machine learning models* Strong Python programming skills and experience with relevant libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, or PyTorch* Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Advanced or fluent English

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (for instance, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ELS, etc.)
• Experience with Text Classification and/or Anomaly Detection models
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (such as Airflow, Luigi, Dagster)
