Our corporate start-up, Bosch Software Flow (BSF), is actively seeking support to revolutionize the software release process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models across various business applications.
  • Data Pre-processing: Manage large structured and unstructured datasets for effective information retrieval.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train using optimal algorithms, assess performance, and enhance for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • MLOps: Implement ML models in production, establishing systems to monitor their reliability and performance.
  • Data Quality Validation: Create and enforce data quality checks to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay abreament of the latest in machine learning and AI, incorporating new methods and tools into the development process.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in agile software development, with proficiency in languages like Python, R, or Java. Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is crucial. Strong knowledge of ML deployment practices including CI/CD, version control, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is expected. A systematic approach to work, outstanding problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities in English are essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
