Opportunity: Senior Machine Learning Engineer (H/F/NB)

Join our innovative game production team focused on Generative AI. You will support our data science projects alongside a dedicated team, leveraging your Machine Learning knowledge to harness AI’s potential and create unique designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to design new gameplay and understand their needs.
• Identify and fine-tune relevant algorithms (generative, information retrieval, classification) using our game data.
• Establish effective evaluation processes.
• Deploy scalable, robust algorithms on internal or external clouds, adhering to the best development and MLOps practices in collaboration with project engineers.
• Implement new techniques through ongoing R&D and innovation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, having deployed various Generative AI algorithms in production.
• Proficient with NLP algorithms, such as SentenceBERT, Llama 2, Mistral, with fine-tuning expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep passion for video games.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills, capable of translating client needs into specifications.
• Ability to adapt analyses and communications for diverse audiences.
• Self-driven, curious, and autonomous.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with LLMs, ranging from prompt engineering to advanced approaches like Tree of Thoughts.
• Skills in optimizing model size and inference time (e.g., quantization, LoRA).
• An affinity for role-playing and narrative games.
