The Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will take on the challenging role of managing AI/ML projects from inception through to implementation. Collaborate with multifaceted product teams to develop solutions that leverage vast amounts of data to drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and advance cutting-edge techniques in NLP, machine learning, and statistical modeling to build predictive models and innovative algorithms.
• Automate processes and discover new capabilities using sophisticated data mining techniques.
• Mentor budding Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, offering guidance and leadership.
• Engage deeply with the data to identify patterns and collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement solutions based on findings.

Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in guiding technical project directions within team environments.
• Proven performance in identifying and developing AI/ML opportunities that impact customers and products positively.
• Experience in building and maintaining MLOps platforms to streamline model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver ML-driven products from conception to value-adding production stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience using Data Science and AI/ML frameworks for data ingestion and model preparation.
• Minimum 4 years of data analysis using SQL/Data Engineering.
• At least 3 years of proficiency with programming languages like Python/Scala.
• 2 years of experience in developing products on public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
