Role Overview: Senior Machine Learning Expert

As a Senior Machine Learning Expert at GFT, you will be part of a dynamic team to design and implement sophisticated machine learning models. This crucial role supports transformative projects enhancing business outcomes through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on designing and implementing ML models with data scientists.
• Optimize neural network architectures and improve model scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous experiments and enhance Ml model capabilities with novel techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in NLP, deep learning, and AI advancements.
• Manage large-scale data sets, ensuring their quality and relevance for training models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical findings.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments to ensure peak performance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the field.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Deep knowledge in Data Science, AI, and Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and key Libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with transformer-based models like BERT and GPT.
• Strong foundational knowledge in statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing.
• Ability to solve complex problems, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Previous banking industry experience is an advantage.
