The Position: Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer

We are searching for a skilled and ambitious MLOps Engineer to lead the deployment of Computer Vision and Machine Learning models. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in building machine learning infrastructure, deploying computer vision models, and managing model lifecycles. Proficiency with MLOps tools, familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and cloud platforms like AWS are critical. Additionally, experience with mobile deployments on iOS and Android platforms will be highly beneficial.

Joining our team means collaborating across functions to bring solutions to life, mainly in basketball, baseball, and softball. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with senior leadership and be a foundational player in shaping the future of computer vision within our products and engineering frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MLOps pipelines for automated model deployment across iOS, Android, and cloud infrastructures.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of computer vision models, including testing, integration, release, and continuous monitoring.
• Optimize cloud infrastructures to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and overall effectiveness.
• Partner with machine learning engineers and data scientists to ensure models are scalable, reliable, and perform optimally.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in MLOps and machine learning deployment technologies, and introduce innovative solutions to boost our capabilities.
• Contribute to establishing a top-tier machine learning practice at GameChanger.

Who You Are:

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over three years of experience in managing robust and maintainable machine learning solutions. A proficiency in Python and familiarity with leading computer vision and machine learning libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow is expected. You are capable of independently managing projects from conception to implementation and have the strong communication skills needed to gather technical requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in high-throughput, scalable machine learning deployments, particularly in computer vision.
• Expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services; experience with Terraform and AWS is preferred.
• Proven ability to optimize and deploy models to iOS and Android platforms is advantageous.
