About the Role: Senior Manager, AI & ML

As the Senior Manager of AI & ML, you will steer the strategic direction of our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives alongside key executives. This role involves overseeing internal projects, shaping the technology roadmap, and managing solution development, RFPs, presentations, analyst interactions, and partnerships. You will balance internal and external project demands effectively, driving innovation and ensuring the implementation of AI/ML solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation, Differentiation & Growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for applying AI/ML across various business units.
  • Lead the selection, deployment, and management of AI/ML tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of AI/ML initiatives, demonstrating ROI through cost savings and improved business outcomes.
  • Develop and propose AI/ML solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Build Partner Ecosystem
  • Drive partnerships with vendors on collaboration, capability building, go-to-market strategies, etc.
  • Evaluate new AI products available in the market and the AI capabilities of existing technology partners.
• Build Re-Usable Methodologies, Pipelines & Models
  • Create data pipelines for more efficient and repeatable data science projects.
  • Experience across multiple deployment environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Coding knowledge and experience in languages like R, Python, Scala.
  • Experience solving problems related to computer vision, text analytics, predictive analytics, etc.
• People & Interpersonal Skills
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the AI/ML team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI/ML team.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and developments.

What You Need

• 12+ years of experience in the information technology industry with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• 10+ years of experience in launching, planning, and executing advanced data science projects.
• Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, or applied mathematics.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and MLOps methods for constructing ML pipelines.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions in domains such as Automotive, Retail.

Eligibility Requirements

• Willing to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
• Willing to work in an office.
