Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI/ML Architecture Development: Define and standardize the overarching frameworks for AI/ML, encompassing everything from platform architectures to model development, quality assurance, and continuous delivery strategies.

Leadership in Generative AI: Manage and enhance Capital’s enterprise generative AI initiatives, ensuring these innovative solutions deliver their intended benefits.

Organizational Training and Knowledge Dissemination: Develop a comprehensive strategy for AI/ML education within the company and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks across all teams.

AI/ML Evangelization: Actively promote the advantages of AI/ML technologies both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with business and technological leaders.

Networking and Collaboration: Establish connections with internal and external stakeholders to uncover new AI/ML-driven opportunities and collaborations.

Advisory and Insight Provision: Offer strategic insights on AI deployment in business models and advise senior executives on leveraging AI for operational enhancement.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience in AI or ML, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in utilizing AI/ML cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and in building scalable enterprise-level infrastructures.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into effective technological and architectural strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Capital Group offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary, a potential annual performance bonus, an annual corporate profitability bonus, and a robust retirement plan with a company contribution of 15% of your eligible earnings. Note that the compensation and benefit plans are not applicable to temporary positions in Canada and the United States.
