Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Intake Management: Oversee the intake process using a Kanban board, manage and fulfill all incoming requests, conduct daily meetings to assign and update tickets, and liaise with business units to refine technical solutions.

Exploring Business Opportunities: Collaborate with business product and sales teams to ideate and execute new products and revenue streams focused on data, BI, reporting, and analytics.

Architecture and Data Modelling: Consult and provide significant contributions to enterprise architecture and data modeling, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technological capabilities.

Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performance team environment, focusing on leadership, task delegation, and conflict resolution.

Maintenance and Reporting: Ensure robust reporting mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders and maintain system integrity and performance.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background and Experience: Potential candidates must possess a post-secondary education in a related field and/or have 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or team lead role. Expertise in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and a solid understanding of distributed platform architectures is mandatory. Familiarity with Snowflake, MicroStrategy, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and GCP is preferred.
