Position Summary

As a Senior Manager, you'll employ advanced analytics and machine learning to play a pivotal role in asset protection for our $20 billion front stores. Your expertise will help implement cutting-edge techniques like generative analytics, use natural language processing to monetize data, and develop analytics solutions to reduce shrink and enhance customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include deploying descriptive and predictive analytics to automate shrink forecasts and labor planning, enabling efficient field operations, and utilizing sophisticated modeling techniques for strategic decision making. This role is crucial in influencing and communicating with non-technical audiences to promote the adoption of analytics insights for sustainable impact.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Leverage technical and analytical expertise to drive improvements in front store operations.
  • Develop scenario models using machine learning to optimize operations and answer diverse business questions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape analytics strategies, identify opportunities, and achieve transformational outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in descriptive and predictive analytics.
  • Proven strategic mindset with leadership in data-driven initiatives in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong abilities in data modeling and analytics, proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and promote data-driven culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python libraries for machine learning.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Snowflake.
  • Agile framework experience.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s or PhD is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is between $136,217.50 and $267,800.00 depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
