What You Will Do

Role: Senior Manager, Data Science

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the AV Performance Data Science group focused on advancing our key metrics, experimentation, and analytics. Here's what you'll be involved with:

• Leading and growing a team of talented data scientists and analysts.
• Setting strategic milestones and refining our experimentation tactics.
• Enhancing our engineering and product development through innovative data solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline data integration and drive significant advancements in autonomous vehicle technology.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading high-performance teams in data science and analytics.
• At least 7 years of experience as an individual contributor or manager in ML or data science, focusing on metrics and analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of driving multi-functional projects.
• Experience in providing strategic data-driven recommendations to high-level executives.

• Hands-on experience with ML models, especially in big data environments.
• Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle or Automotive industry.

Salary and Benefits

For this role, the salary range is $192,500 - $283,000 based on your location and experience. Additionally, you may receive bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits including:
