Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your strong background in NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning to set the strategic direction for ongoing AI projects.
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest advancements in your field to integrate relevant research findings into practical, impactful strategies.
  • Contributing to and leading high-level technical discussions and project executions with proficiency in Python and other relevant tools.
  • Mentoring and leading a robust team of researchers and data scientists, encouraging a collaborative environment that aligns with business objectives and fosters innovation.
  • Managing end-to-statistics execution of projects, from the initial concept through to deployment, ensuring collaboration across various departments and meeting all project benchmarks.

Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • Solid experience handling large datasets and sophisticated ML models.
  • Proven track record in publishing in top-tier NLP, ML, or AI journals and conferences.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java, and familiarity with relevant ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams in data science and research-intensive projects.
