The Data team consists of about fifteen employees including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Strategists, working on the co-construction of tools generating value from our clients' data.

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join a talented and passionate Data community, focused on collaboration and continual learning.
As a Senior Data Strategist Manager, you will be directly reporting to the Data department director, and your role will be to support our clients, as well as our internal teams, on all data related issues. This will include, among other things:
- Developing the Data Strategy offer
- Evaluating the customer's Data maturity through an assessment (skills, technologies, use cases, governance...)
- Identifying and prioritizing Data use cases (BI, Data Science, Data Engineering...)
- Defining a Data strategy, a roadmap and an associated business case, in line with each client's business issues
- Overseeing the realization of Data POCs (BI, data science...)
- Participating in pre-sales on Data projects (client meetings, responses to calls for tenders, detection of opportunities...)
- Being the preferred contact for your clients
- Directing teams both on their projects and in their career development and skills growth
- Participating in the development of the Data community (blog articles writing...) and performing active technological watch (attending conferences...).
Qualifications
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Data issues, Data Strategy, Data Science
- You have already worked in a consulting firm and/or ESN
- You speak French and English fluently
- You have already been involved in pre-sales on Data projects
- You have already assessed a company's Data maturity, ideally in different sectors of activity
- You have already participated in defining a Data roadmap and identifying use cases
- You are comfortable with the implementation of data governance processes (data quality, confidentiality, data catalog, etc.)
- You have already managed teams (project and career management)
- You have excellent skills in oral and written communication (storytelling...)
- You are able to simplify your work and adapt to your different interlocutors.
