At SBI Card, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager - Robotics - Project Manager to lead our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This pivotal role involves steering multiple RPA projects and programs from inception to execution, ensuring superior quality, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership in RPA Projects: Spearhead various RPA projects, including opportunity assessments, process and solution design. Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Collaboration and Management: Work effectively with implementation partners to ensure projects are executed as per the planned timelines and quality standards. You will also be responsible for complete ownership of the assigned RPA projects.
• Bridging Gaps: Develop a robust understanding of business processes in the card domain, effectively bridging the gap between business users and development partners.
• Project Planning and Risk Management: Generate project plans, drive business and IT teams to adhere to these plans, identify potential project risks, and undertake timely escalation for assistance when needed.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your experience in UiPath, Nice, and Python for managing advanced Robotics technology projects. Prepare comprehensive AS IS and TO BE process flows for robotic-based automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage diverse stakeholders, including business owners, vendors, infrastructure teams, and other application teams.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of key RPA projects and programs successfully delivered.
• Delivery of assigned activities with optimal quality and within set timelines.
• Ensuring First Time Right delivery in production for all assigned projects/tasks.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with UiPath, NICE, and SQL. An understanding of RPA platform architecture is essential.
• Certifications: Certifications such as UiPath Implementation Manager, CSM, or PMP are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT, or MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years (for MBA/PGDM candidates) or 8 years (for Engineering candidates), with at least 4 years of relevant experience in managing RPA projects.
