Position Summary:

Arctic Wolf is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Stress Testing Models & Analytics to lead our Data Analytics & Reporting division at our prestigious office at 100 King Street West. Utilize your extensive knowledge in regulatory capital, stress testing, and risk management to drive financial insights and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal part of our Data Analytics team, you will:

• Design and implement mathematical and statistical models focusing on risk management, stress testing, and capital modeling.
• Develop scenario-based planning tools and strategies to enhance financial and operational resilience.
• Create and monitor risk models for various portfolios including fixed income and corporate credit.
• Conduct advanced quantitative research to optimize financial strategy and risk across portfolios.
• Ensure alignment with industry regulations and standards, enhancing compliance and controls.
• Advocate for data-driven solutions, presenting complex analyses to senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field and typically 7+ years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in areas like machine learning, data visualization, regulatory compliance, and quantitative financial modeling.
• Expertise in data-driven decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills especially in cross-group projects.

Compensation and Benefits:
